Founded by Florida-certified Athlete Agent Jeff Master, JM Sports Agency was built to guide athletes with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to succeed—in sports and in life.

As a former college basketball player and high school coach with over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and business development, I’ve walked in the same shoes as the athletes we serve. I understand the pressure, the passion, and the pursuit of college opportunities and NIL success.
