Jeff is the engine behind JM Sports—part coach, part creative, and all-in when it comes to helping athletes succeed. With over 25 years of experience in sports, business, and branding, he built JM Sports to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. From launching athlete brands and NIL deals to building leadership programs and custom recruiting tools, Jeff brings vision, strategy, and relentless energy to everything he touches. His mission is simple: empower athletes to take control of their story and build a future both on and off the field.

Terry is a nationally respected basketball trainer, scout, and mentor with a proven track record of developing high-level talent. At JM Sports, Terry plays a key role in guiding basketball athletes through personalized training, recruiting insight, and character development. His leadership, passion for the game, and deep roots in the sport make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Lee Goldwire | Basketball Scout
Lee brings over 14 years of training experience, working with athletes ranging from young beginners to seasoned professionals. His training sessions are highly focused and customized to meet the unique needs of each athlete. He places a strong emphasis on fundamentals, including shooting, ball-handling, footwork, defense, and pick-and-roll decision-making.
